AN APPEAL TO SUBCRIBERS AND WELL WISHERS OF SOCIAL SCIENTIST Social Scientist, the journal, which for 13 years has brought debates and research focussing on radical perspectives, has recently shifted publication to Delhi. This has been done with the aim of improving production and maintaining more effective time schedules. However, it has placed an enormous burden on the journal's limited financial resources. In order to raise the quality but not the subscription rates of the journal the Editorial Board appeals to all readers to once more extend support to Social Scientist.
