If you want to taste the thrill of viewing wildlife, come to West Bengal with the world famous Sunderbans, Jaldapara and 14 other Sanctuaries.

The Sunderbans of 4262 Sq. Kms. the largest estuarine forests in the country. A unique landscape with half the area under water with tidal fluctuations upto 5.6 metres. Jaldapara and Garumara in North Bengal are the homes of the rare one-homed Rhino. Gaur (Indian Bison), Elephant, Royal Bengal Tiger, Leopard, Sambar, Hog Deer, Sloth Bear are the other attractions. Viewing wildlife form elephant back is a thrilling experience. Chapramari is famous for viewing wild elephants bathing in pond.
