Gautami Library (Rajahmundry, India)

This library has 70,000 total collections of printed materials, 420 palm leaf manuscripts and 33 paper manuscripts. There are around 30,000 very old Telugu publications (1880s to 1920s); the collection of Telugu journals like Viveekavardhni, Chintamani, Manavaseva, Manorama, Sati Hithabodhni, Janana, Telugu Janana, Baalika, Prabhudhandra, Vajrayudham, Sakala Vidyabhi Vrudhi, Arya Mata Bodhini, Samadarshi, Kalavati, Amudrita Granda Chintamani, Swarajyam, etc. This library was determined to have a significant collection of Telugu language materials when the National Bibliography of Indian Literature was compiled in the mid-twentieth century.
