For the books added after 1969, Classified Catalogue Code is used to prepare catalogue cards.Use of computer software: LIBSOFT, a user friendly library softwareLIBSOFT is a user friendly library software system. It can be used for cataloguing, issue/circulation and report generation. Search is possible under 4 categories: Subject, Author, Title and Keywords. Sometimes the title of the book does not reveal the subject matter or contents of the book. In such a case all the contents or some important keywords can be fed to the computer at the entry level. So search is possible through keywords.DELNET: Development Library Network is a registered society, being promoted by the National Informatics Centre, Ministry of Information Technology, Government of India , New Delhi.
